Top six alkaline foods to eat every day for vibrant health

So many of us now do not know how to eat properly. Is it any wonder we are getting so fat and sick.
First ditch all take away foods, they contain hidden fats and sugars that are very bad for us.

Keep it simple folks. Eat natural food, that is unprocessed foods, (no tin foods or pre-packaged foods) They are full of hidden nasties.

It is darn hard for people on a fixed income to eat organic meat and fish these days. However if some one was determined to eat all natural organic meat. All one has to do is eat it twice a week and only a palm sized portion.   Eat fresh vegetables, fruit and nuts only. Avoid things that you are allergic to of course.

The only safe fats that we must have are, butter Olive oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut oil, Eggs and nuts.
Walnuts are one of the best. Nuts that are not in shells must be kept in your fridge, save glass jars to keep them in for avoiding plastic affecting them. It is a good Idea to hang on to good glass jars with lids. They are great for storing food stuffs in. Plastic has chemicals, glass is natural.

Stop drinking soft drinks and concentrated fruit juice. Did you know that a bottle of processed Orange juice has more sugar than a can of Coke? it also affects the pancreas. I have a good friend in hospital for the past 4 weeks, due to acute pancreatitis. He tried to drink some OJ in the hospital and it almost killed him.  Just because the label says pure fruit juice, does not mean that it is safe. Nature does not bottle 100% Orange juice or any other juice in such a strong concentration. So that should tell us, do not drink the man made or processed stuff. Please do your own research, and talk to natural therapists too. Modern life is not doing us any favours folks. We don't want to live to be 90 and have chronic health problems.
