Anthony sorry the last part of the reading got cut short please know that all is going to go well for you. Do think about training staff in the industry that you work in. I feel that you have a natural talent to do this. Talk to the management about running a training class. It might be a quick hands on situation for staff that are already familiar in the industry just to boost their skills.
This I feel sets your company above the rest for good trained staff. Do write out the skills that are needed and work out a training manual to work from. I feel it is just a little how to manual. Good luck with this and know that you will come out on top. Management is your forte too.
Brinn you are on the right track go for it. Follow your heart your guides are there to put you on the right place for you to take up your new life. Remember people will come to you.
