My Russian Blue kitty girl, Daisy wakens me up like this except she has her claws out. It bloody hurts too. She really is a sweet little girl though and very loving. But now Ruby is here she won't let the cats in the bedroom. Ruby thinks she is in charge, lol.

Just a reminder to every one, that the SIDS AND KIDS, Psychic Expo (Hosted by Fiona Vanderhook), is on next weekend at the
Canberra Burns Club  8 Kett St Kambah on May Sat 3rd and Sun 4th  starting at 10am both days.
All money raised will go to the charity.


I shall be reading there both days. I am so looking forward to catching up with old friends and new ones. It promises to be a wonderful event as usual. I wish to say a warm big, thank you and hugs to Fiona and Craig for inviting me again to this wonderful event.

This year as we all know marks 100 years from the start of World War 1. Stop to think about this and where we are today in the middle of one of the worst parts in human history. The way we are going, we might not be here in an other 100 years. War is not the answer. Defending your country is not the same as going to invade some one else's home land.


My heart goes out to all who have to suffer through war and survive the  horrible curse on humanity.
We do not have to let evil win. There are no winners in war, we all suffer.

I can't understand humans thinking that animals are not intelligent or feeling emotions. Having many fur babies and loving all animals I know they all have feelings and think. Ok may be not all are thinking deeply like a human, they are not human but they are still loving and wonderful beings.
